  • $400,000 to $50 million. Funding less than $400,000 or greater than $50 million will be considered on a case-by-case basis
  • Financing up to 75% for Owner-User or Multi-family properties; up to 70% for other property types
Credit Requirement
  • Credit score of 680+; below 680 on a case-by-case basis
Financing Terms
  • 5 or 7 year term; 10 year term on a case-by-case basis
  • 20 to 25 year amortization schedule
